My long time friend Julie eloped about 6-7 months ago. I am so happy for her. She has found a truly wonderful man and I have never seen her this happy. My friend Alana and I drove two hours to the reception in Plano, IA. It was a very casual party and we had so much fun. They had great food, the nicest people, a great band and beer. What more could you ask for? We were invited by many people to stay overnight, but Alana had her little pup at home that we needed to get back for. I'm sure the party just got better after we left.
Lonesome Road - an awesome band out of Cedar Rapids and I don't really like country anymore.
Jeremy was making a toast to Julie. He said she is the best thing to ever happen to him. I think all of us women became instantly envious.
