Award & Cake

I think it was last week and I forgot to blog about this.  It's definitely blog worthy.  Zane had an assembly at school and he said the teacher's got to pick students to give awards to.  Zane's math teacher Mr. Kruger picked him because he said he has such a great attitude.  I love hearing things like this and it makes me really proud of Zane. Math is his favorite subject and he is always telling me how much he likes Mr. Kruger and how he is a great teacher.

There's this 3-2-1 mug cake recipe that is all over my Weight Watchers app news feed and I've been wanting to try it for like a year now.  Finally, I bought the ingredients.  It is really good and such a quick dessert to make. It's also nice because you can make just one serving size.

3-2-1 Mug Cake
Ingredients:
  • 1 box angel food cake mix
  • 1 box cake mix (any flavor you desire)
Directions:
  1. In a large ziploc combine both cake mixes and mix them up well.
  2. Take coffee mug and spray inside with cooking spray.
  3. Add 3 Tbsp of cake mix and 2 Tbsp water.  Stir well, it will foam a bit.
  4. Cook in microwave for 1 minute.  Use a knife around edges and turn mug upside down on a plate.  Add any toppings you like.
