Power

Last Monday our power went out on us while we were up at meet the teacher night.  Turns out MidAmerican did a bandaid fix to get the power back on and in the middle of the night or early morning they destroyed part of our fire pit.  My husband was crushed after all his hard work.  They do have a contractor who is going to repair things back to how it originally was.  They also took spray paint and marked all over our rocks.

Then a few days later they came and dug another hole and spray painted all over another area with rock landscaping.  From what we learned they have been digging in a bunch of people's lawns all around us and they have been replacing all the underground lines.

After the digging this equipment sat in our front yard for about 4 days.  I thought my husband was going to explode.  He works so hard to make our lawn look nice and truly cares about how it looks and then they let this equipment sink in the ground while it rained and left mud all over our lawn.

I think they are almost done.  Wednesday they will have our power off most of the day to hook everything up to the new lines.
