Rotel Dip

I've been making rotel dip for a few years and it has never tasted quite right.  It was always too cheesy tasting for my liking.  So I did some looking around on Pinterest and found a better recipe.  This was so good with the cream cheese in it.  I will be making this again.

Rotel Dip

Ingredients:

1 large block of Velvetta Cheese

1 - 8 oz package of Cream Cheese

1 can of Rotel

1 pound of hamburger

Directions:

Cut the Velvetta cheese into blocks and add to the crock pot.  Do the same for the cream cheese.  Add the can of Rotel (you use hot and spicy ones if you like).  While that is starting to warm up, brown your hamburger in a skillet and drain off the oil.  Add hamburger to the cheese mixture.  Cook until it melts and gets hot, stir occasionally, and serve with chips.
